CF Series High Efficiency Compressed Air Filters are two-stage filtration for removal of water, oil, oil aerosols, ultra-fine oil aerosols, solid particles, and bulk liquid removal.

CF7 Series

• Two-stage filtration for removal of liquid water and oil along with solid particles to 1 micron
  • First Stage-captures larger particles with alternative layers of fiber media and media screen
  • Second Stage-coalesces aerosols and captures solid particles with multiple layers of epoxy bonded and blended fiber media

CF5 Series

• Two-stage filtration for removal of fine liquids and 99.99% of oil aerosols along with solid particles to .01 micron
  • First Stage-multiple layers of fiber media and media screen pre-filter air for second stage
  • Second Stage-fine coalescence is achieved through layers of our special matrix blended fiber media inside a closed cell foam sleeve

CF3 Series

• Two-stage filtration for coalescing ultra-fine oil aerosols down to 0.0008 ppm
  • First Stage-coated, closed cell foam sleeves acts as prefilter and flow disperser
  • Second Stage-multiple layers of matrix-blended fiber media provide for ultra-fine oil coalescence inside a closed cell foam sleeve

CF9 Series

• Two-stage filtration for bulk liquid removal down to 3 micron
  • First Stage-two stainless steel orifice tubes provide 10 micron mechanical separation
  • Second Stage-in-depth fiber media captures solid and liquid particles to 3 micron
