FS-Curtis Engineering Director Dimitri Novickoff Recognized as a 2026 Engineering Leader Under 40

FS-Curtis is proud to announce that Dimitri Novickoff, Director of Engineering, has been recognized by Plant Engineering as a 2026 Engineering Leader Under 40, an honor that highlights outstanding engineering professionals making significant contributions to their organizations and industries.

As Director of Engineering at FS-Curtis, Dimitri has played a key role in driving innovation, product development, and technical excellence across the organization. His leadership helped guide the successful launch of seven new products in 2025 while advancing the development of a patented two-stage centrifugal compressor technology that has expanded the company’s product portfolio.

Known for his approachable leadership style and commitment to mentoring others, Dimitri has helped foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the engineering department. Under his guidance, engineers are empowered to develop new skills, take ownership of complex projects, and advance compressed air technologies.

He serves on the ISO 1217 Technical Committee (TC118/SC06/WG01), collaborating with industry experts to review and improve international compressor performance standards. His involvement helps advance best practices and supports the ongoing evolution of compressed air system performance and testing worldwide.
